The company is not responsible for sudden delays due to strike or any other reason which is beyond the company's authority. The trader is himself responsible if he is with the goods. The driver in charge is responsible for signing the challan and the driver is responsible for the booked goods. The trader has full right to file a case in case of non-delivery of any kind of goods. The vehicle driver will be liable for them along with the expenses.
कंपनी किसी भी प्रकार की हड़ताल या अन्य कारणों से होने वाली अचानक देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी, जो कंपनी के नियंत्रण से बाहर हैं। यदि व्यापारी माल के साथ है तो वह स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा। चालक चालान पर हस्ताक्षर करने का उत्तरदायी होगा और चालक बुक किए गए माल के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। किसी भी प्रकार का माल न मिलने पर व्यापारी को मुकदमा करने का पूरा अधिकार है। वाहन चालक उनके लिए और खर्चों के साथ उत्तरदायी होगा। -
The company will not be responsible for any loss due to rain, accidental incident, fire, weather or any other tragedy happens.
कंपनी वर्षा, दुर्घटना, आग, मौसम या किसी अन्य आपदा से होने वाले नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। -
The company will not be responsible for any loss of goods due to breakage of tin or drum.
टिन या ड्रम टूटने के कारण माल की क्षति के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। -
The retail trader will have to collect the goods from the booking office only.
खुदरा व्यापारी को माल केवल बुकिंग कार्यालय से ही प्राप्त करना होगा। -
If there is any difference in the goods or it is not received then information should be sent to the company within three days. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible.
यदि माल में कोई अंतर है या माल नहीं मिला है, तो इसकी सूचना तीन दिनों के भीतर कंपनी को भेजनी होगी। अन्यथा, कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। -
Every trader will have to pay the customs duty as per the challan.
प्रत्येक व्यापारी को चालान के अनुसार कस्टम ड्यूटी का भुगतान करना होगा। -
Any payment decision will be taken by Jaipur, Rajasthan.
किसी भी भुगतान का निर्णय जयपुर, राजस्थान में किया जाएगा। -
If the weight is more than the written weight then the trader will have to pay double the freight charges or he will be responsible for the increased weight and any loss.
यदि वजन लिखे हुए वजन से अधिक है, तो व्यापारी को दुगुना भाड़ा देना होगा या वह बढ़े हुए वजन और किसी भी हानि के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। -
After the goods are unloaded from the truck, it is necessary to sign this challan (Goods Receipt / Bilti) after the arrival of the goods or the driver will be responsible for the goods.
जब माल ट्रक से उतार दिया जाए, तो माल के आने के बाद इस चालान (माल रसीद / बिल्टी) पर हस्ताक्षर करना आवश्यक है, अन्यथा चालक माल के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। -
Once the goods are loaded from the company, the driver will be responsible for it.
एक बार जब माल कंपनी से लोड हो जाता है, तो इसके लिए चालक जिम्मेदार होगा। -
If there is a trader with the goods, then the custom duty will have to be paid by the trader himself and he will be responsible for the goods.
यदि व्यापारी माल के साथ है, तो कस्टम ड्यूटी का भुगतान व्यापारी स्वयं करेगा और वह माल के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। -
If the goods are taken into delivery after 3 days, demurrage at the rate of 40 paise per day will have to be paid.
यदि माल 3 दिनों के बाद डिलीवरी में लिया जाता है, तो प्रति दिन 40 पैसे की दर से डेमरेज का भुगतान करना होगा। -
If the goods are not received within 15 days, then inform the head office otherwise the company will not be responsible.
यदि माल 15 दिनों के भीतर प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो मुख्य कार्यालय को सूचित करें, अन्यथा कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। -
Note- We will not be responsible for any breakage of any sensitive items like glass boxes, PVC pipes, tube lights, bulbs and glass items etc.
नोट- हम किसी भी संवेदनशील वस्तु जैसे कांच के डिब्बे, पीवीसी पाइप, ट्यूबलाइट, बल्ब और कांच की वस्तुओं आदि के टूटने के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। -
There is no guarantee against breakage or leakage of medicines, glass items, glass cases, oil cartons, oil and ghee barrels, oil and ghee cartons, crockery, sanitary and any other resinous material.
दवाइयों, कांच की वस्तुओं, कांच के केस, तेल के कार्टन, तेल और घी के ड्रम, तेल और घी के डिब्बे, क्रॉकरी, सैनिटरी और किसी भी अन्य रेज़िनयुक्त सामग्री के टूटने या रिसाव के खिलाफ कोई गारंटी नहीं है। -
If any vehicle is seized due to non-payment of finance installments, the vehicle owner will have to transfer the goods at his own expense. If any vehicle owner takes advance fare, he will have to return the entire fare to the transport company.
यदि वित्तीय किस्तों का भुगतान न करने के कारण कोई वाहन जब्त हो जाता है, तो वाहन मालिक को अपने खर्च पर माल को स्थानांतरित करना होगा। यदि कोई वाहन मालिक अग्रिम किराया लेता है, तो उसे पूरी राशि परिवहन कंपनी को लौटानी होगी। -
We do not allow overloading of goods in the vehicle. If the vehicle owner or trader overloads the vehicle then the vehicle / trader himself will be responsible. We will not be responsible. Carry only as much goods as the vehicle permits in GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight).
हम वाहन में माल का ओवरलोडिंग की अनुमति नहीं देते। यदि वाहन मालिक या व्यापारी वाहन में ओवरलोडिंग करता है, तो वाहन/व्यापारी स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा। हम जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। केवल उतना ही माल ले जाएं जितना वाहन जीवीडब्ल्यू (कुल वाहन भार) में अनुमति देता है।
